His mailbox is full so there's no opportunity to leave a message. Calls to their google listed phone number go to an individual named "****" whose voicemail message says he's "out right now". No calls or emails since first inquiry by submitting my complaint on their website. I registered my concern on their website and received an automated message from a no-reply email server promising to get back to me as soon as possible. Attempts to reach the company for a refund have been futile. I purchased yoga classes with this company via a Groupon and was appropriately charged but then in Jan of 20 I was charged an additional $30 for $60 total indicating that this was a recurring yearly subscription which it is not. Regardless I am accepting the refund and cancellation and want nothing more to do with this company. Perhaps they have changed the wording since 2019 when I had made my purchase and it is more clear now. However when signing up with a ******* it is NOT clear that it is an ongoing membership. I had already responded that the company refunded the money and says they have cancelled my account. (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Please advise if there are any further questions! Attached are the receipts and proof of refund. Once a charge is disputed the decision to reverse the charge is up to the credit card company and not us. We have never mentioned that we would refuse a dispute because that is not our company ethos nor do we have the authority to do so. The cancellation is the responsibility of the member like is the case for all other online subscription based websites (*******, ******.etc). We are very clear about the membership being on auto renewal until cancelled. The customer had reached out previously and we have already processed her a full refund as well as cancelled her account. They also say that if you dispute the charge with your credit card company than they will refuse the dispute and refund "in order to protect their business." I want to have a full refund/reversal of charges and have my credit card removed from their files or whatever company they outsource billing to. I logged back in to The **** ************** website and my account says no membership, no payments made, but here we are with a credit charge. AGAIN this January 2022 I saw a charge on my credit card. But I then cancelled and had no membership but was still charged $30 in 2021, again my account says I have no membership and no payments made. I misunderstood the misleading approach of how they require you to cancel and seek a refund.
